There is no call-out fee. We attend, assess the situation, and provide a written quote before any work begins. You are never obligated to proceed, and there is nothing to pay if you decide not to go ahead.

All glazing work and installations are covered by our workmanship guarantee. If a defect arises from our installation, we return to correct it at no cost to you. Specific product guarantees also apply — for example, 10-year frame guarantees on new UPVC windows.
